At Entity Accountants, we blend expertise and dedication to provide tailored tax and accounting solutions.

We are a Sydney based team of qualified commercial accountants (CA and CPA). We work passionately with small and medium sized businesses to deliver an outstanding service. 

With a solid history working for large corporates and multinationals within large accounting firms, we saw a gap in the market and in 2012, set out to deliver the same skill and quality of service to small and medium businesses.

Meet Our Team

Adam Ahmed

Adam is a dual-qualified solicitor and chartered accountant specialising in tax and contracts. 

Adam regularly advises clients on tax audits and disputes and is able to assist on both the accounting and legal side, achieving significant reductions in tax liabilities. Adam has also acted for taxpayers in the Federal Court and the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. Recently, Adam has become a thought leader on cryptocurrency. 

Adam also specialises in tax advice, including applying for private rulings. Being dual-qualified, Adam can ensure that the tax advice has the relevant supporting documentation (contracts) and is appropriately reflecting in tax returns and filings. 

Adam previously worked at senior levels in Allens Linklaters and KPMG before commencing practice in 2012. 

Adam was the founder and chair of the tax law committee of the law society (young lawyers) and also served as treasurer of the law society (young lawyers) and executive council member. 

Adam is also a published author for Thomson Reuters, his works include International Tax, Deductions and Assessable Income.

Priscilla Ramien-Ahmed

Priscilla is a Certified Practising Accountant with over 10 years in the industry.

She has a strong passion for helping business owners and individuals grow by providing them with key reporting through financial planning and analysis.

With a strong background in Management Accounting and Business Partnering, she can provide key strategies to help make sound financial business decisions.

Nancy Wong

Nancy has over 30 years of experience as a finance analyst and has used her experience to meet the needs business owners and partners in an administrative capacity.

She has a background in financial modelling and accounts management and assisted with accounts preparation.

Anthony Sakis

With over five years at the company, Anthony seamlessly balances his dual roles as Executive Assistant to our Director, Adam Ahmed, and Communications Coordinator. Anthony not only ensures the smooth day-to-day operations of the Director’s office but also takes the lead in organising high-profile conferences and PR events. From coordinating logistics to engaging with stakeholders, Anthony’s expertise shines in building relationships and creating impactful events that elevate our company’s reputation.

Stefanus Tirtadjaja

Stefanus is a Solicitor with over 10 year experience in the Immigration law. Stefanus specialises in visa appeals and complicated immigration matters.

Stefanus also have done extensive work in civil and commercial litigation, especially contracts and property law.

Mel is a Chartered Accountant and Solicitor with three years of experience in a large accountancy firm.

With experience in both legal and accounting environments, he has in-depth knowledge in the process behind tax disputes before the AAT, conducted thorough financial analyses, and implemented systems to successfully reduce tax liability.
